These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products listed on this Site, which M&D PHARMACY Srl owns and is responsible for. The Customer is required to inform himself/herself and read these General Conditions before completing the purchase on the Site. This information shall be deemed to be read, understood and accepted in full by the Customer when placing a purchase order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All Products are subject to availability at the time. M&D PHARMACY Srl reserves the right to change the quantity and/or type of merchandise available for purchase on the Site at any time. The Customer will be informed if his/her order is found to be non-executable due to unavailability of the ordered product.

Selling prices

Prices posted on the website include VAT and packaging. Shipping costs are excluded.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs in Italy are €5.00; in some areas of Southern Italy and the Islands costs may be higher. Shipping is free for orders of €40 or more.

Methods of payment

The following payment methods are provided:

PayPal

For payment, the Paypal circuit can be used by the customer according to its specific terms.

Credit card

In cases of purchase of goods with Credit Card payment method, the transaction may be made through the secure server Paypal or other secure server chosen by M&D PHARMACY Srl. In no case and at no stage of payment M&D PHARMACY Srl will be able to know the information relating to the Customer’s credit card, transmitted via secure connection directly to the site of the banking institution handling the transaction. No computer file of M&D PHARMACY Srl will retain such data and therefore in no case M&D PHARMACY Srl can be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.

Delivery

Orders will be processed on average within 2-3 business days after receipt of the order. Deliveries will be made by express courier, chosen by M&D PHARMACY Srl, within 3 days of shipment (expected delivery by 1 p.m., Monday through Friday). In some areas of Southern Italy and the Islands, delivery times may be longer.

TRACEABILITY OF GOODS

The Customer will have the opportunity to track the package through an email that will be sent to him/her by the courier with which M&D PHARMACY Srl will make the shipment.

Damage to material during shipment

In case of damage during shipment, it is your duty not to collect the goods from the courier or to accept with reservation if the damage is visible. If the damage is identified once the package is opened, it is necessary to take pictures of the damaged merchandise and send this evidence to M&D PHARMACY Srl (see CONTACTS section). At that point the Customer has the right to receive a refund or replacement of the goods in a manner to be agreed upon with customer service.

Non-delivery due to address errors

M&D PHARMACY Srl guarantees that the Customer will enter complete and correct address data in a simple and efficient manner. The Customer is responsible for any errors in address completion at this stage.

Customer’s failure to collect the goods

In case of non-pickup by the Customer within the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to M&D PHARMACY Srl. In this case, the customer will receive a refund of the goods from which the transportation costs incurred will be subtracted.

Any delays in delivery

Any delays in delivery by the carrier cannot be held the responsibility of M&D PHARMACY Srl. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure causes, such as – but not limited to – strikes, Public Authority measures, rationing or shortages of energy or raw materials, transportation difficulties, fires, floods, flooding and damage to industrial machinery, pandemics, any other extraordinary cause. The Customer shall not be entitled to any indemnity or compensation for any reason whatsoever, without prejudice to the right to restitution where possible.

RETURNS

The customer has the option to return their purchase for reasons other than goods received nonconforming or damaged (for this please refer to the section Damage of material during shipment). The right of withdrawal can be exercised only by the person who made the purchase (the invoice holder), not by any other person who may have received the delivery.
The return of products is subject to acceptance of the goods by M&D PHARMACY Srl. To make a return, you must contact us (see CONTACTS section) with the following information:

Order reference number
Reason for return

The customer will then receive instructions on how to return the products.

Returns of items purchased without following the above procedure will not be accepted.

In order to accept the return M&D PHARMACY Srl must ensure that the product has not been used and has not been damaged in any way. Returned products must be shipped within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the order in their original packaging or in packaging of equivalent size and strength.

After we receive the return and check that all the requirements have been met, we will send a confirmation email for acceptance to the customer and proceed:

to the refund of the return

This is done in the case of a final return (deducting the transportation costs incurred from the amount paid). Re-credit to the Customer will be made after direct customer service arrangements with the Customer.
